Manso Esmandia is also the sum of those who have spent time here and left their mark.

Joana, the owner and heiress of the estate, is the soul and the driving force that has decisively powered Manso Esmandia’s new era. As the fifth generation of a family closely connected to the land, she took over the estate in 2016, inheriting not just a property, but a legacy full of challenges, affection, and meaning.
With enthusiasm, dedication, and a firm vision, she leads a cohesive and sustainable team, capable of reinventing itself whenever the path demands it.
Her conviction that ‘I am nothing without others’ reflects her ability to encourage cooperation, bring teams together, and promote collaborative working dynamics.
Her approach combines respect for the estate’s history with the capacity to transform it and adapt it for new experiences, ensuring that each project retains its coherence, soul and continuity.

Adel is one of those people who have left a profound mark on Manso Esmandia. Since 2017, he has been taking care of the estate with a blend of wisdom, patience and dedication to doing things well. Turning ideas into reality is his speciality: gardens, structures for ceremonies, technical fixes, improvements of all kinds… Nothing is beyond him. His kindness, his ability to solve problems, and his constant readiness ensure that clients and collaborators always feel they are in good hands.
After years travelling across Spain, building spaces and helping others to imagine their own, he found here not just a job, but a place to which he could devote part of his soul.
His contribution has been fundamental, and without a doubt, Manso Esmandia is better today because of him.

We also rely on other collaborators on an ad hoc basis, performing tasks such as moving furniture, arranging decorative elements, offering a smile in the bathrooms, organising the parking, or accompanying guests.
They all bring their best efforts and help make the Manso a place of warmth and trust
